who need to take the pressure of their knees, wrists and ankles. Thick yoga mats tend to be upwards of 5mm (a
regular yoga mat is around 3mm). The extra cushion is perfect for hatha or slower styles of yoga and can be a
great way to build up the confidence of a yogi without any pressure on the body or joints.
For dynamic yoga or more complex poses, a regular yoga mat and blocs de yoga are a better choice. The
